How we handle data, authorship and independence

When you send a project brief we store the details you enter: your name, organisation, country, work email and a description of your project. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.

The public form never accepts clinical data or data files. Please do not include personal data about animal owners or patients in your message.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Research data are transferred only after a written agreement, through a secure, time-limited upload link that we create for your project.

Data about animal owners, patients and centres are de-identified to the level agreed in the contract. Ethics approval and consent are obtained where required before any research use.

We keep versioned data, analysis code and a record of decisions so that every result can be reproduced.

Data ownership, publication rights and authorship are agreed in writing before a project starts.

We never sell authorship, guarantee publication, fabricate data or guarantee positive results, academic acceptance or regulatory approval.

Industry sponsorship is disclosed. Funding is kept separate from analysis and scientific recommendations, and the right to publish is agreed in advance.

Public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie is used only when staff sign in to the admin area.

We may use privacy-first, cookie-free analytics to count page views. No personal profiles are created.
